Formula E champion Stoffel Vandorn will be Aston Martin`s test and reserve driver from 2023.


The Belgian pilot will carry out his new duties alongside the Brazilian Felipe Drugovic.


Aston Martin notes that Stoffel will conduct an intensive program of simulation and development of the racing car at the Silverstone base.


Vandoorne, 30, is a GP2 Series winner, a Formula 1 driver with McLaren and a Formula E champion in the 2021/2022 season.


In addition, Vandorn will continue to compete in the new Formula E season for the Penske team.
